In-depth consultation support enables teachers to identify struggling students and expand their instructional strategies. Through the efforts of our Consultation and Education team we make it possible for a student facing educational challenges to remain in his/her own school, when appropriate. As teachers expand their instructional methods, they further enrich the educational opportunities for all students.
Conduct on-site consultation services for specific children in order to help school personnel identify and better serve children with special learning needs.
Services may include classroom observations, informal assessment, evaluations and feedback to directors, staff and parents.
Provide continuous consultation contracts (short or long-term) to schools who seek to better serve their struggling learners.
Connect families that need additional support to appropriate resources (e.g. speech & language therapy, tutoring or psychological counseling).
